1. How are your apparel made?

Our T-shirts and dresses are all 100% cotton with artwork printed through Direct-to-Garment printing. All our products are machine washable in cold water. They can be tumble dried on low heat settings. For best results, wash them inside out. Please make sure you wash these garments for atleast two cycles to get rid of  pre-treatment stains that might have been left post prints. 

2.  What are the sizes that you offer? Where can I find the size chart?

We offer size ranging from babies to 12 years. We also have some products in women size too.The size chart can be found in the product description section.

3. What is the store return and refund policy?

Since we are just starting up, all the items once purchased are non-refundable. 

4. What if I received a defective item?

We make every effort to ensure the quality of our products. As a commitment to our goal of meeting the highest quality standard, we will credit your account or send out a replacement if anyone of the following occurs:

      a. low quality prints

      b. missing garment or garment was not what was ordered.

5. If I put an order by mistake, can I cancel it?

You may be able to cancel your order if you let us know within the same business day. The order cancellation fee is $5. We cannot guarantee that we can process the cancellation. Please email us at service@girlofsubstance.com and we will do your best to keep that smile on your face.

6. Can I get my design out on your dresses?

Sure. We would love to listen to the little artist inside you. Inspirational messages, cool one liners, paintings, symbols, STEAM themes...imagination, indeed, can take us places. Please email us at service@girlofsubstance.com and we can take it up from there.

7. How long does your domestic shipping take? What are your domestic shipping charges?

Our typical domestic shipping times are 7-10 business days.  

8. What carrier services do you use?

We use USPS for all our shipping needs.

9. Do you offer expedited shipping?

Sorry, we do not offer expedited shipping at this time.

10. Do you offer International Shipping?

Yes, we do. 

11. Will I need to pay customs, taxes, & duties on my international order?

Girl of Substance is not responsible for any duties & taxes charged upon delivery. These fees are not included in your shipping charges and we do not give an estimate as to what these charges will be like.

12. What are the different payment methods you offer?

We offer VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, Jeb, Diners club for payment processing. You can also use Amazon checkout to pay using your amazon account too.

13. Where is Girl of Substance based?

We are located in East Coast in the Keystone state of Pennsylvania.

14. Where are your products manufactured?

We use apparel imported from outside USA and decorated  in USA.

15. Do you have a mailing list for Girl of Substance that I can signup for?
